- Office Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (for adoptions, reclaims, dog licenses, surrenders, adoption returns, and other inquiries)
- Donation Hours: Monday - Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (if closed, donations can be dropped off on the west side of the building)
- Stray Intake Hours: Monday - Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (surrenders and adoption returns during office hours only)
- Phone Hours: Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Sundays, please leave a message to be returned within 24 hours)
